I finally got my car back today, and honestly, it feels like nothing ever happened. ❤️

A huge thank you to Johnny and Elaine for taking such good care of it — and for listening, reassuring, and keeping me updated through the whole process. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work.

Seeing how my car turned out… wow. I’m beyond grateful. It’s not just about fixing the damage, but restoring something that mattered to me, for my peace of mind! Thank you both — you made a tough experience so much easier. 🙏🚗✨

Came in for an insurance job and had some extra work done. John’s communication was excellent. Job was done on time and the work was great. I would definitely recommend this workshop.

Awesome smash repair place on Sydney North Shore.

Had my car here a couple of times (rim repair, full detail, front bar respray, rear bar and rear guard respray) and have been completely impressed with the quality of work performed with factory finish each time.

John and his team are absolute artists and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone fanatical about their ride and getting the perfect finish after coming into strife!

John at NSSR did a fantastic job of repairing my BMW after a shunt from behind. A tricky job to realign the boot and make it all straight, but it was done very professionally. The rear bumper and surrounds also needed to be replaced. Cloud match of paint is perfect. A really first class job. Thanks to John and all @NSSR who worked on it to perfection…!

Huge Thanks to Elaine and John for Their Patience and Help!
This was our first car accident in Australia, and we felt completely lost, unsure of what to do. When our car was towed to North Shore Smash Repairs, Elaine and John guided us through every step of the process. Elaine even contacted Auto & General Insurance Company on our behalf to handle the claim.

We stayed at the repair shop for about two hours, and throughout that time, they made us feel comfortable and reassured. Their professionalism and kindness truly made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

Highly recommend their service to anyone in need—I believe this team will provide you with the same level of care and satisfaction that we experienced!

Dealing with John, it’s so easy simple and he’s respectful. He Asks what I wanted and needed. The results are second to none.
And if smash repairs needed I always go to him and I don’t even live close by.
